Vejlefjord Rehabilitation receives patients with acquired brain injury as well as patients in need of rehabilitation after surgical procedures and other causes. Patients are offered a highly individualized rehabilitation program provided by an interdisciplinary team that works together with the patient towards collaboratively set goals. Assessments, goal planning, case conferences and discharge planning are undertaken by the interdisciplinary team members in conjunction with the patient and their family/caregivers as appropriate.
